JOB DESCRIPTION:
The candidate must be a professional cake decorator of high standard.
Must have at least 5 yrs experience in butter-cream, royal icing , fondant etc.
Must be able to carry out orders on the spot , must be able to think on feet and be a team members.
Must have managerial skill in heading a cake shop.
